Fixes the "list index out of range" error on zero-length Z-Wave frames, hardens every command class handler against short or malformed frames, corrects several decoding errors, and adds nine new command classes.

Fixed - Zero-length or truncated frames (for example an empty ApplicationCommandHandler from a node) are now logged with a clear message instead of raising an error. - Every handler checks the frame length before decoding. - Sensor Alarm reports and Sensor Multilevel reports for most sensor types no longer fail; all 86 sensor types now have scale tables. - Command class versions no longer leak between devices, so reports are decoded with the right layout. - Multi Channel endpoint decoding corrected (bit address byte, bit mask handling, endpoint 1 no longer shown as the root device). - Alarm v1/v2 reports, Switch Multilevel Set and Meter v2/v4/v6 reports are now decoded. Basic, Switch Binary, Switch Multilevel, Sensor Binary and Battery decode their v2+ fields. - Notification event names filled in for every notification type.

New - Command classes: Supervision, Configuration, Manufacturer Specific, Version, Association, Security 2, Z-Wave Plus Info, Device Reset Locally, Firmware Update Meta Data. - Commands encapsulated in Supervision or Multi Channel are decoded recursively, so all layers are shown. - All supported/capability/configuration commands that previously logged as "not yet supported" are now decoded, and Climate Control Schedule is fully implemented.

The Z-Wave Interpreter plugin provides a way to Interpret Z-Wave messages received and sent by Indigo. It provides a user friendly interpretation of the Z-Wave messages so that a user doesn't have to interpret the raw message in hex code form.

To start interpreting, go to the plugin’s main menu and choose the ‘Select Devices to Interpret…’ menu item. When the dialogue opens, select where you want the interpretations to go (one or more): Indigo Event log, Plugin Log or a user specified log file. Then either select ‘All Z-Wave Devices’ or ‘Selected Z-Wave Devices’ and use CMD-Click to select one or more devices, then Close and you should be good to go.
