i've been using this for a week or so, works GREAT and love it. ANy idea when the slider enhancement would be available?

I'll try and work on that this week. I have one working already but we are trying to design it so it is an option rather than a replacement to the current dimmers. SeaOfClouds design is keeping it as light as possible. Introducing graphics and more javascripts of course crates a bigger footprint. Although, keeping this in mind, I kept the graphics as light as I can and the app still feels very light and fast.

Ah! Visit the mini views, then add to home screen. You need to Create a new home screen icon to take advantage of that new feature for iPhone.

Thanks for the replies. I did a complete cleanup and I now found it whrere it was supposed to be. I still have forward/back, + and bookmarsk icons though..

Thanks

If seaofclouds want one there, I can put one there. Let me know. I have a security on/security off button I'd like to put up there too. What about if the name of the action button is prefixed with something, I make it show up on top. That way it's a choice what goes on top. Let me know and I can make that change in minutes.

What is SAF? I didn't want to have my mind figure out all the possible words. Sorry if it's obvious and I'm just slow.

How hard would it be for me to implement all on/off myself ?

Care for a walkthrough ? :-)

I don't have the files with me but sometime this weekend I can make you the files or show you how to do it and point you to the right sections. It does require html and python skills unless I just give you the replacement files.

The only thing though is if you start using these one off builds, and not stick with the official release, you will risk losing these changes on the next version anyway. That's why I run everything by seaofclouds so changes are included in his next releases.

SAF = Spousal Acceptance Factor

"internal server error" after installation

Wow. This is exactly what I have been looking for.

I just installed this. My trouble is that when I log into my Indigo web server and choose "Control Pages" and then "Mini View by seaofclouds", I see a web page the only says "internal server error".

The Indigo log shows the same error with no extra more explanation.

Obviously I am doing something wrong since others have this working. Any idea what I could look for?

I changed the directory name to "m", moved the code to the indigo web server plugins directory, restarted the web server (with the log messages to prove it) and went to the indigo web server web page.

When the web server starts, I receive the following message in the log:
Code: Select all
WebServer          started on port 8176 -- digest authentication enabled
WebServer          loaded plugin "Mini View by seaofclouds"
WebServer          enabled browser access to plugin path "plugins/m/css"
WebServer          enabled browser access to plugin path "plugins/m/images"

I have NOT restarted my machine. Didn't seem like I should have to do that.

All help is greatly appreciated!

I'm having the same problem since the upgrade from 3 to 4Pro. I also moved the m directory to from the "2" to the "4" library directory.

Has anyone gotten this working with 4Pro? If so, can you tell us where the "m" directory needs to go and what if anything else needs to be changed?

I had the mini view working great on my old computer. I'm trying to transfer the "m" folder to a new computer, but all I get is "undefined page request" message. I tried to download the ZIP file, and the download link is no longer good. I'm using Indigo 3.06. Any suggestions?
